Celebrations

Cody Yea-Joon Kamaki Noh of Waipahu celebrated his first birthday with a dinner given by his parents, Michael and Tamah-Lani Noh, July 20 at Newtown Recreation Center. Cody was born July 16, 2001.

Dorothy Peterson of Honolulu celebrated her 80th birthday with a dinner given by her daughter, Sheryl Croll, July 20 at The Willows. Peterson was born Aug. 20, 1922, and has 10 children, 28 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren. She is a retired interior designer.

Everet Roland Pomaika'i Makana Maikalani Simbre-Agbanlog of Mililani celebrated his first birthday with a luncheon given by his grandparents, Roland and Pacita Agbanlog of Mililani, June 2 at Dot's in Wahiawa. Everet was born May 15, 2001, to Persel R. Agbanlog and Ryan C. Simbre. He has a brother, Elijah Simbre-Agbanlog, 2.
