The duo will launch a statewide reunion tour beginning with 6 p.m. concerts Aug. 23-24 at Kapono's at Aloha Tower Marketplace, reviving memorable tunes that have become anthems for senior proms and graduations in the past three decades.

"If you don't ask, you don't get," said Advertiser entertainment editor Wayne Harada, who asked C&K for a newsroom show. The interview will be published in the Aug. 23 TGIF section.
