New president at Coldwell firm

Ron Teves has been named president and principal broker of Coldwell Banker Commercial Pacific Properties. Teves will oversee the business development and operations of the company and has more than 28 years of commercial real estate and development experience.

Most recently, Teves was the president and chief executive of Chaney Brooks & Co., where he was affiliated for the past 17 years.

Teves replaces Scott Bradley, who has been acting president of the company.ÊBradley will continue as managing director of Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties' residential division.
