Tadashi Sato to sign book today

Today only: Renowned Maui artist Tadashi Sato will be signing copies of his newly released exhibition catalog, "Tadashi Sato: A Retrospective" at The Contemporary Museum in Makiki Heights from 2 to 4 pm. Today's event coincides with the final day of his retrospective exhibition at the museum and the release of the long-awaited catalog which includes full-color pictures and an essay by Marcia Morse. Applying for an art grant: The State Foundation on Culture and the Arts is launching a series of grant proposal workshops for those who wish to apply for 2004-2005 grants in culture, the arts, history and or the humanities.
