Advertiser Staff

Fairfield Resorts Inc., the world's largest time-share company that formed a marketing partnership with Outrigger Enterprises last month, appointed Joe Aylward to head its new Hawai'i office, the company said.

Aylward, who arrived in Honolulu today, will officially take the role of Fairfield's senior regional vice president for Hawai'i as of Sept. 1, the company said. Aylward was most recently a Fairfield regional vice president in Branson, Mo.

Fairfield last month bought the Kona Hawaiian Village resort and hired Outrigger to manage the property. The partnership is working on opening a time-share sales center in Waikiki. Fairfield is owned by Cendant Corp.
