"The West Wing," 8 p.m., NBC. In this rerun, C.J. (Allison Janney) has made harsh statements about the disappearance of young girls in Saudi Arabia. Now, against her will, she has Secret Service protection. She meets the guy in charge (Mark Harmon). He's polite, tough, unflinching. Has C.J. — who is all of that except polite — met her equal?

"ICU: Arkansas Children's Hospital," 9 p.m., ABC. Tonight, this documentary series focuses on a 3-year-old heart patient but also views turning points for the hospital staff. One is Dr. Jonathan Drummond-Webb, a heart surgeon. He finally relents and lets colleagues remove and test a lump from his hip.
