"Trigger Happy TV" premiere, 7:30 p.m., Comedy Central. The British know how to turn nonsense into an art form. Now comes this odd British reality show starring Dom Joly. It never has introductions and rarely has reactions. Instead, each week we'll get lots of absurdity for its own sake. When an elevator opens people find that someone inside is having an elegant dinner. In one bit, Joly goes door to door, introducing astronaut Buzz Aldrin and selling seashells. In another, a musician interrupts Joly's interview with director Terry Gilliam; Joly promptly smashes the musician's guitar to bits. That's appropriate.
