• Hawai'i Kai Neighborhood Board member Lester Muraoka was one of the people instrumental in organizing the time capsule buried at the Hawai'i Kai community identification sign. His name was misspelled in a Local News story posted Saturday because of a reporter's error.

• Devastation Trail is one of the sights at the Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park. The trail was misidentified in an Island Life story posted Sunday because of a reporter's error.
