Weekly honors

Damien football

Junior scored on a 10-yard run and a 93-yard kickoff return to help the Monarchs defeat Kaimuki, 42-15, for their first victory since Oct. 21, 2000. DeCosta also converted five extra-point attempts, played safety and punted.

Waipahu football

Senior tailback caught three touchdown passes and ran for two more touchdowns to help the Marauders defeat Moanalua, 45-13.

• CAMERON KIMURA

Roosevelt football

Senior receiver/defensive end caught a 47-yard touchdown pass and led a Rough Riders defense that throttled Pearl City in a 14-0 victory.

• SAUTIA LAVE

Wai'anae football

Senior fullback rushed for 80 yards and one touchdown on 14 carries to help the Seariders spoil Kapolei's varsity debut, 28-0.

• ROYCE MACHADO

Farrington football

Senior quarterback had touchdown passes of 15 and 26 yards and also threw for a two-point conversion to help the Governors defeat Pac-Five, 28-7.

Scored on touchdown runs of 1 and 6 yards and also ran in a two-point conversion to help the Mules defeat Castle, 23-15, for their first victory since Sept. 15, 2000.

Kamehameha football

Senior quarterback completed 13 of 19 passes for 257 yards and two touchdowns and also rushed for another touchdown in the Warriors' 35-7 victory over Baldwin.

Iolani football

Junior running back rushed for 184 yards and three touchdowns on 13 carries to help the Raiders defeat Radford, 48-20.

• KENNY AMARAL, Campbell football — Threw an 18-yard touchdown pass and also scored on a 1-yard run to help the Sabers defeat Kalaheo, 30-0.

• B.J. BATTS, St. Louis football — Junior running back scored on runs of 5 and 16 yards in the Crusaders' 28-6 victory over Nanakuli.

• TRAVIS BEYERS, Kamehameha football — Junior running back rushed for 77 yards and one touchdown on 11 carries to help the Warriors defeat Baldwin, 35-7.

• ANDREW CANOY, Damien football — Scored on a 79-yard run and 82-yard kickoff return to help the Monarchs defeat Kaimuki, 42-15, snapping a 10-game losing streak.

• SEAN FUJIMOTO, Mililani football — Scored on runs of 1 and 9 yards in the Trojans' 27-7 victory over Kaiser.

• DUSTIN GRACE, 'Aiea football — Threw touchdown passes of 42 and 24 yards in Na Ali'i's loss to Punahou.

• KALA KA'AIHUE, Iolani football — Senior linebacker made two sacks, caused a fumble and was in on numerous tackles to help the Raiders defeat Radford, 48-20.

• Kevin Kauweloa, Wai'anae football — Senior linebacker made an interception that was recycled into a touchdown and a sack in the Seariders' 28-0 victory over Kapolei.

• MAKA'ALA KUEWA, St. Louis football — Caught touchdown passes of 27 and 26 yards in the Crusaders' 28-6 victory over Nanakuli.

• SAMUELA MANOA, Radford football — Senior receiver caught four passes for 94 yards and one touchdown in the Rams' 48-20 loss to Iolani.

• DREW MONAHAN, Punahou football — Threw a 36-yard touchdown pass and scored on a 1-yard run in the Buffanblu's 28-13 victory over 'Aiea.

• DUSTIN MUNDON, Kapa'a football — Scored on runs of 1 and 13 yards in the Warriors' 26-14 victory over King Kekaulike.

• STANLEY NIHIPALI, St. Louis football — Threw touchdown passes of 27 and 26 yards in the Crusaders' 28-6 victory over Nanakuli.

• JACOB RAMOS, Castle football — Threw touchdown passes of 3 and 41 yards in the Knights' loss to Leilehua.
