• Bill Russell, who was a member of The Advertiser Community Editorial Board in November and December, is retired from the U.S. Secret Service in Washington, D.C. He was appointed to the U.S. Naval Academy, class of 1957, but left early to join the Marine Corps. He is a former Marine Corps officer and transport pilot. An item in the Editorial section on Nov. 17 contained incorrect information because of an editor's error.

• Briane Grey is agent in charge of the Honolulu office of the Drug Enforcement Administration. His name was misspelled in a Local News story on posted yesterday because of a reporter's error.

• Dr. Richard Friedman is vice president of medical services at The Queen's Medical Center. The wrong first name appeared in a Local News story posted yesterday because of a reporter's error.

• The Gentry Waipi'o Christmas parade is from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday. Because of a source error, a wrong time appeared in a Drive Time column posted Tuesday.
