BYUH wins NCAA Division II volleyball championship

A week ago Brigham Young-Hawai'i coach Wilfred Navalta said his women's volleyball team had not peaked yet.Last night, it reached the peak.
The Seasiders (27-2) swept Truman of Kirkville, Mo., 30-21, 30-24, 30-21, to win the NCAA Division II Women's Volleyball National Championship at Canyon, Texas.
It was the first national championship for the Seasiders since 1999 and 10th overall, including eight in the NAIA.
Chun Yi Lin had 23 kills and Ashley Moeai 15 for BYUH.
