Newlyweds

Kendra Alynn Allen, daughter of Jerry Eugene Allen and Beverly Ann Allen of Kailua, and Daniel Kehaulani O'Brien, son of Marion Leinaala O'Brien of Kailua and the late Allen Laualani O'Brien, were married April 19 at Central Union Church. A larger wedding ceremony was held Nov. 16 at the church. The reception followed at Luana Hills Country Club. The bride (1977 Punahou School, 1997 California School of Professional Psychology doctorate), now Kendra Allen O'Brien, is a clinical psychologist. The groom (1977 Kailua High) is the owner of a tree-trimming and landscaping company. They live in Kailua.

Christian A. Collins, daughter of Remer and Sandi Collins of Atlanta, and Bruce Y. Matsusaka, son of Cornwal and Martha Matsusaka of 'Aiea, were married Oct. 12 at Turtle Bay Resort. The bride, formerly of Atlanta, is a family nurse practitioner. The groom, formerly of 'Aiea, is a state animal quarantine worker. They live in Hale'iwa.

Kawena S.M. Suganuma, daughter of Leighton and Leimomi Suganuma of Honolulu, and Kekoa Anthony Beaupré, son of Thomas and Jill Beaupré of Kailua, were married Aug. 17 at Kamehameha Schools' Bernice Pauahi Bishop Memorial Chapel. The reception followed at Lanikuhonua at Ko Olina. The bride (1995 Kamehameha Schools, 2000 University of Hawai'i-Manoa bachelor's) is now Kawena S.M.S. Beaupré. The groom (1991 Kamehameha Schools, 1995 University of Puget Sound bachelor's) is a certified public accountant. They live in Honolulu.
