FLORENTINO "PRIMO" D. BALISBISANA, 77, of Honolulu, died Nov. 21, 2002. Born in 'Ele'ele, Kaua'i. An electrician retired from Tripler Army Medical Center. EDWARD SOICHI UMEDA, died Nov. 25, 2002. 1941 Iolani School graduate who played quarterback under Father Bray during the championship years. Retired from the Honolulu Fire Department.
