In 'The Middle' again

Everything will be all right ... all right! Jimmy Eat World — to emo fans what the Dave Matthews Band is to jam-band devotees — are returning to Honolulu Feb. 7 for a 7 p.m. concert at Pipeline Cafe. The Mesa, Ariz. band played the World Cafe in March and had a omnipresent radio hit with "The Middle" last summer, and will be heading back to America from a January tour of Australia and New Zealand. Just don't call the band emo to their faces, OK? They're sensitive about that.

Tickets for the all-ages concert — priced at $20 each — go on sale Dec. 28 at Tower Records, Cheapo Music, 808 Skate Kailua, UH Campus Center, Foodland stores and military ticket outlets. Phone 589-1999 for more information, or charge by phone at 526-4400.
