Tonight's Must-See

"Amazing Race 3" conclusion, 8 p.m., CBS. While other networks nap, CBS makes this its finales week. The big one is "Survivor: Thailand," on Thursday. First, we see the end of a 41,000-mile race. Three teams remain, seeking a $1 million prize.

"Second String," 6 & 8 p.m., TNT. The Buffalo Bills are a powerhouse team that is set to roar through the pro-football playoffs. Then food poisoning strikes after a dinner for the offensive stars. Second-stringers and a fourth-string quarterback (Gil Bellows) must move the ball. Football fans will reject some of the extreme stretches, but the fairy-tale nature manages to link with the realistic style of talented director Robert Lieberman. A strong supporting cast includes Jon Voight as the cranky coach and George Eads as a glamorous retired star.

Of Note

"Army of Darkness" (1993), 7 p.m., SciFi Channel. Almost a decade before his big-budget triumph in "Spider-Man," Sam Raimi directed this goofy, low-budget film. Bruce Campbell is the gutsy modern guy transported to a 14th-century world filled with demons. It's all too silly, but Embeth Davidtz is solid as the female lead.

"The Bernie Mac Show," 7 p.m., Fox. Here is a rerun of a mildly funny episode that's set during a celebrity golf tourney. Bernie's glad to team with his wife — until he learns Matt Damon has Lucy Lawless (the strong "Xena" star) as his partner.

"The George Lopez Show," 7:30 p.m., ABC. Here is the rerun of an episode that sent the show on a serious path, with George learning that his father is alive.

"The 10 Most Fascinating People of 2002," 8 p.m., ABC. Barbara Walters visits Sherron Watkins, the Enron whistle blower, and Charles Moose, the Maryland police chief who led the sniper hunt in suburban D.C. Others include Halle Berry and Ozzy Osbourne.

"Law & Order," 9 p.m., NBC. This rerun has police target the owner of a killer pit bull.
