FOREST "CHICK" CUTRIGHT, 78, of Lahaina, Maui, died Dec. 13, 2002. Born in Elk City, Okla. Served in the U.S. Marine Corps 1st Armored Amphibious Battalion during World War II. Also worked as a real estate broker, and in his retirement years he and his dog Pookie worked for the Lahaina Restoration Foundation at Lahaina Harbor. Service 4 p.m. Friday at his residence.
