Tonight's Must-See

"Survivor: Thailand" finale, 7 p.m., and reunion, 9 p.m., CBS. Even if you haven't been keeping up, it's fun to see the finale because there is a $1 million prize at stake. First the field is trimmed from four to three. Then comes the key immunity challenge: The winner can decide which person to face in the final vote. That vote involves those who finished between No. 3 and No. 9. Afterward, all 16 contestants — now clean and healthy again — are reunited for a live discussion.

Of Note

"The Preacher's Wife" (1996), 6 p.m., ABC Family. Some steeply talented people — Denzel Washington, Whitney Houston, director Penny Marshall — combined for an adequate remake of "The Bishop's Wife." Washington is the angel who hopes to perk up Houston and her husband. The story is so-so, but the gospel music is glorious.

"Friends," 7 p.m., NBC. Even confident NBC won't throw away new episodes against a "Survivor" finale. This all-rerun night on the network starts with a funny tale from when Ross and Mona were a couple. She wants to send out a Christmas card that links them, but he frets.

"Scrubs," 7:30 p.m., NBC. At Christmas time, Elliot takes care of a pregnant teenager.

"GoldenEye" (1995), 8 p.m., USA Network. This moderately entertaining James Bond film has one very cool distinction. It brings in Pierce Brosnan who became the best Bond since Sean Connery.

"Will & Grace," 8 p.m., NBC. Jack is in trouble with his boss (Parker Posey).

"The House on Sycamore Street," 8 p.m., Pax TV. Here's a movie that set up the long-running "Diagnosis Murder" series. Dick Van Dyke plays an eccentric doctor who solves crimes with the help of his son (played by his real son, Barry Van Dyke), a cop.
