The 63-year-old Kalihi woman pedestrian who was struck by a car at North King Street and Richard Lane Tuesday died yesterday at The Queen's Medical Center.

The medical examiner's office today identified her as Ying Chun Tam.

Tam is O'ahu's 67th traffic fatality of the year.

In other traffic accidents, two men injured in separate Christmas Day incidents on O'ahu remained in critical condition today at Queen's while a 22-year-old man was killed yesterday in a single-car crash on Maui's Honoapi'ilani Highway in Lahaina.

A 39-year-old Waikiki man suffered head injuries when he was thrown from his 2002 Abruzzi moped while attempting a stunt in the parking lot of a gas station at 1403 N. School St. yesterday. Police said speed was a factor in the 1:40 p.m. incident and that the injured moped rider was not wearing a helmet.

A 19-year-old man, meanwhile, was injured in a pickup truck crash at 4:04 a.m. yesterday on the H-2 Freeway near the Wai'anae offramp in Waipi'o. Speed was also a factor in that crash, police said.

Maui police said Esau Fononga was prounced dead at the scene of the 1:20 a.m. crash. The 23-year-old driver of the car , which overturned after hitting a rock and utility pole, is in guarded condition at Maui Memorial Medical Center.
