RICHARD EARL DEVINE, 95, of Hilo, Hawai'i, died Dec. 19, 2002. Born in Evanston, Ill. A member of Hilo Yacht Club. Survived by wife, Leinaala; daughters, Susan Fuller, Donna Tyler and Margaret Sloan; sons, Richard and David; three grandchildren. GREGORY G. HELM SR., a community leader on Moloka'i and former project director with the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands, died Sunday in Kaunakakai, Moloka'i. He was 59. Survived by his wife, Roberta "Cookie"; sons, Gregory Jr. and Malcolm; daughters, Yvette Noelani and Kimberly; brothers, Larry, Adolph, Zack and Bill; sisters, Stacy Crivello and Georgia; and four grandchildren. Visitation from 9 a.m. tomorrow at St. Sophia Catholic Church in Kaunakakai; Mass at 11:30 a.m. Burial to follow at the Kanakaloloa Cemetery in Ho'olehua.

DR. DONALD WILSON HEWITT, 92, of Honolulu, died Dec. 19, 2002. Born in Wisconsin. A retired urologist. Survived by daughter, Mary-Jane; son, John. Visitation 4 to 5 p.m. tomorrow at the Honolulu Central Seventh-day Adventist Church; service 5 p.m. Burial 10 a.m. Monday at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park. CHARLES ARTHUR LEVESQUE, 65, of Moosup, Conn., formerly of Pearl City, died Nov. 26, 2002. A U.S.Marine Corps veteran of the Vietnam War and retired director of MWR at Camp Smith.
