Program may help mend marriage

Couples on the brink of divorce might find a way to mend a marriage during a weekend retreat scheduled for March 8-10.

A church-sponsored program called Retrouvaille, a French word for "rediscover," urges couples rediscover what attracted them to their mates in the first place.

The program is aimed at couples who are anxious about their relationship, distant from their partner, disillusioned, angry, frustrated or bored in their marriage or unable to communicate. It is even for people who already are separated, and its goal is to help couples decide to do something positive to make their marriage work.
