• The Hon. Anthony M. Kennedy, associate justice of the U.S. Supreme Court, will speak to the Honolulu Rotary Club at noon at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel. Kennedy's program, teaching students about values and morals, will enlist the help of lawyers and judges to visit high schools to talk about core democratic values.

• A seminar on applying previous college, military or adult work experience toward an expedited college degree will be held at 12:15 p.m. at Hawai'i Pacific University, 1164 Bishop St., Suite 1100.
