• CANDY SCULPTURE SLIENT AUCTION, 6-9 p.m., Kahala Mall; Kapi'olani Community College culinary students' extraordinary chocolate sculptures will be auctioned off to benefit HUGS, a support group for seriously ill children. Sculptures are on display all day today before the silent auction festivities.


SATURDAY

• WINEMAKER DINNER FEATURING PENFOLDS WINES, 6:30 p.m. Molokai Ranch Lodge; wine reception followed by five-course dinner designed by lodge executive chef Irwin Kubotato complement Penfolds wines; $65 per person, (877) PANIOLO.


SUNDAY

• JOY OF FOOD AND WINE GRAND WINE TASTING, 1-5 p.m. Sheraton Waikiki Hotel, with more than 200 wines from around the world, silent and live auctions, three wine seminars, food overseen by Sheraton executive chef Daniel Delbrel. Tickets: $55 ($65 at the door). Tickets: Fujioka Wine Merchants, Market City Shopping Center, or the REHAB Foundation, 544-3385. Event benefits the Rehabilitation Hospital of the Pacific.
