Tonight's Must-See
"Winter Olympics," 4-5 p.m., 6:30-10 p.m., 10:30 p.m.-midnight, NBC, with reruns from midnight-3:30 p.m. Also, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., MSNBC; 1-7 p.m., CNBC, with reruns, 8 p.m. to 2 a.m., MSNBC. The men's figure skating competition ends tonight with the finalists' long programs. This is the day for snowboarders' parallel giant slalom competition. It will be women in day time, men in prime time. Also in prime time, the women have 500-meter speed skating and combined (downhill and slalom) alpine skiing. In addition, there's the team event in nordic ski jumping. On cable, MSNBC has men's cross-country and women's curling (United States vs. Denmark). CNBC has women's hockey (United States vs. China) and two U.S.-Switzerland curling matches (men and women).
"A Charlie Brown Valentine," 7 p.m., ABC. Here is a new cartoon, the first time Charlie has revisited a holiday. This time, he finally gets a Valentine's Day card. The result is sweet, low-key and mildly amusing.
Of Note
"Winnie the Pooh, a Valentine For You," 7:30 p.m., ABC. Like Charlie Brown, Christopher Robin is love struck. His animal pals want to scurry around the woods and find a cure.
