Continental starts new flight

Continental Airlines has added a second flight from Houston to Honolulu, increasing the airline's Hawai'i service by roughly 20 percent. The carrier, which announced the new flight in October, started flying the daily nonstop route yesterday.

The flight will add 3,290 weekly seats to the Hawai'i market, said Ron Wright, Continental's Hawai'i managing director.

Web site firm gets new owner

Communications-Pacific Inc., a Honolulu-based marketing consultancy, said today it has acquired Hubris Online.com, a Honolulu Web site developing firm headed by Linda K. Schatz. Hubris will continue to operate as CP Interactive, a division of Communications-Pacific.

Terms of the transaction were not released. The CP Interactive staff will work out of Communications-Pacific's office at the Amfac Center, the companies said.
