Big Island business seminar slated

KAILUA, Hawai'i — A Big Island seminar March 1 on "Money Talks: Financial Tools for Your Business" will feature five workshops and 10 financial experts.

Among the speakers will be Michael O'Neill, chief executive officer of Bank of Hawai'i, Joseph Norton of Goldman Sachs Asset Management in San Francisco, and Bank of Hawai'i Chief Economist Paul Brewbaker. There also will be a product and services exposition.

The event is from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the King Kamehameha Hotel. The cost is $50 for Kona Chamber of Commerce members and $75 for others. Feb. 26 is the reservations deadline. For more information or to register, call (808) 329-1758.
