Pacific conference held

Adm. Dennis C. Blair, commander in chief of U.S. Pacific forces, met with Japanese and Korean officers at the 2002 Pacific Area Special Operations Conference on Feb. 11. During the annual conference, more than 150 special operations forces personnel from 21 countries engaged in briefings and seminars. The theme for PASOC 2002, held Feb. 11-15, was "SOF roles in military operations other than war."
