A&B finishes warehouse sale

Alexander & Baldwin Inc. yesterday completed a roughly $25 million to $30 million sale of a warehouse complex in Texas to Colorado-based real estate investment trust ProLogis Trust.

The property was one of A&B's eight original real estate investments made on the Mainland between 1989 and 1990. The company still owns three of the eight, but has expanded its Mainland real estate portfolio to 19 properties.
