New manager at Kaua'i Coffee

LIHU'E, Kaua'i — Alexander & Baldwin has named Richard Loero operations manager at its wholly-owned Kaua'i Coffee Company subsidiary.

Loero, a horticulturist, is a former production manager for Ka'anapali Estate Coffee and former agriculturist for Waialua Sugar Co. He is president of the Hawai'i Coffee Growers Association.

Kaua'i Coffee, with 3,400 acres under cultivation, is the largest coffee plantation in the state.
