Services and a burial with a 21-gun salute have been scheduled for JOHN ROGERS JR., the flag-waving patriot called "The General." Rogers' funeral will be held Saturday at the Fort DeRussy Chapel across from the Hale Koa Hotel on Kalia Road in Waikiki. Viewing will be from 9 a.m. to noon with services to follow immediately. SEVERINO "ROCKY" AGCALON SR., 77, of Wahiawa, died Dec. 21, 2001. Born in Condon, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. A retired employee of Service Motors. Survived by sons, Severino Agcalon Jr., Roger and Frederick Del Rosario; daughter, Gloria Jean Garner.
