Faith
Sharing your faith with our readers
Advertiser Staff
Are you a lay worker, pastor, priest or other informed member of a faith group who has a story or message to share?
Maybe you are a person who would like to see the story of your faith organization shared with the community.
In either case, the Faith Page welcomes your letters.
Expressions of Faith is a weekly column of views and stories written by people who are active in a faith organization.
A column is confined to 500-600 words and may be on any topic. It can be an explanation of a church's beliefs, for example, discussion of a faith-related issue, an anecdote that reveals something about the nature of faith, or information about a project that you've worked on that might be helpful to other organizations. (Contact the Faith Page, with the information below, for more specific guidelines.)
Where We Worship is a feature that spotlights a faith organization in Hawai'i each week, telling about its history, its beliefs and its program offerings.
To nominate your organization for a Where We Worship profile, write us a letter telling us what's special about your group.
All letters should include name, city and daytime telephone number. E-mail faith@honoluluadvertiser.com or call the editor of the Faith Page, Esme Infante Nii, at 525-8036.
