The 112-pound Viloria, from Waipahu, moved his record to 5-0, while Perez-Ontiveros, of Los Angeles, dropped to 5-6-1.

Viloria came out strong and repeatedly landed solid shots to Perez-Ontiveros' head.

He went to the body in the second and third rounds.

"I started out up top and got some good shots in," he said. "Then I went downstairs and found a home."

Perez-Ontiveros could muster little offense. The only punches he landed were low blows that got warnings from referee Will Esperon.
