Wendell Brooks consulting again

Wendell Brooks Jr., former chief investment officer of the Kamehameha Schools' $6.5 billion endowment, has re-established his commercial real estate consulting practice.

Brooks, a former president and chief executive officer of local real estate firm Chaney, Brooks & Co., had been doing private consulting for five years before joining Kamehameha Schools. He resigned in November.
