Does he ever cross your mind? Anytime?

Grammy-nominated R&B balladeer Brian McKnight is coming to Honolulu Feb. 1 for a concert at the Hawaii Ballroom of the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel.

Tickets for the 8 p.m. concert — $25 for reserved table seating, $35 for Golden Circle table seating — will go on sale tomorrow at Ticket Plus locations, the Blaisdell box office, Foodland stores and the Sheraton Waikiki dining desk.

Charge by phone at 526-4400.

McKnight first appeared on the music scene in 1991 with the No. 1 R&B single "One Last Cry," from his self-titled debut. McKnight followed that up with the Top 5 pop hit "Love Is," a duet with Vanessa Williams that introduced the singer to mainstream audiences.

Also a talented songwriter, arranger, multi-instrumentalist and producer, McKnight has since released four CDs, including 1995's "I Remember," 1997's "Anytime" and 1999's multiplatinum "Back At One." Other McKnight pop hits include "You Should Be Mine," "Anytime" and "Back To One."

His latest release, 2001's "Superhero," spawned the recently Grammy-nominated songs "Still," "Love Of My Life," and "My Kind Of Girl," a duet with 'N Sync's Justin Timberlake. In all, McKnight received five 2001 Grammy nods.
