Services set: A memorial service for CAROLINE TOLLEFSON, former chairwoman of the Miss Hawai'i Scholarship pageant's scholarship committee and chairwoman of the Honolulu Symphony Ball, will be held at 5:30 p.m. Jan. 20 at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Rainbow Tower, Suite 3. Aloha attire. Reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Honolulu Symphony's Music for Youth Educational Fund. Tollefson, 48, was the wife of James Tollefson, acting president and chief executive of the Chamber of Commerce of Hawai'i. She died Jan. 3.
ELIZABETH ROSE BOTELHO, 88, of Hilo, Hawai'i, formerly of Kane'ohe, died Jan. 9, 2002. Survived by husband, John; daughter, Rose Marie Vincent; a granddaughter; a great-granddaughter; brothers, William Texeira, John Texeira and Manuel Texeira.
