• Platinum sponsorships are $2,500 for Goodwill's 11th annual silent auction and dinner Feb. 5 at the Hilton Hawaiian Village's Coral Ballroom. Because of a clerk's error, an incorrect amount was published in a Business listing yesterday.

• About 800 dogs and cats made available for adoption by the Hawaiian Humane Society were euthanized in fiscal 2000. Also, county funding for the Kaua'i Humane Society is $500,000. A reporter provided incorrect figures in a Local News story Sunday.
