• Delays in mail delivery of magazines to Hawai'i after Sept. 11 occurred because mail routes and methods were disrupted on the Mainland, creating bottlenecks. Because of a reporter's error, other information was included in an Island Life story posted Jan. 11.

• Mayor Jeremy Harris told state legislators Tuesday that the city plans to provide tax relief for people who lost their jobs or were called to active military duty after the Sept. 11 attacks. Because of an editor's error, a Local News story posted yesterday had incorrect information.
