Kailua rallies to upset Castle

Taleki Mailau and Eddie Campbell each scored five of their seven points in the fourth quarter to rally the Kailua Surfriders past the Castle Knights, 49-45, yesterday in an O'ahu Interscholastic Association East boys' basketball game at Kailua.

Castle (6-2) led 35-31 at the end of the third quarter. Justin Bruhn led Castle with 14. Kealii Kalahiki and Kainoa Lacount each scored 10 points for Kailua (3-4).

DC Daniels scored seven of his game-high 21 in the fourth quarter as Kalaheo broke away after leading just 37-34 heading into the final period.
