Tonight's Must-See

"Law & Order," 7 p.m., "Law & Order: Criminal Intent," 8 p.m., "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit," 9 p.m., all NBC. . All three reruns have crisp, no-nonsense storytelling. In the original "Law & Order" McCoy wants to prosecute the producers of a reality TV show after a contestant dies. "Criminal Intent" focuses on psychological approaches. "Special Victims Unit" probes a dangerous male-escort service.

Of Note

"The Siege" (1998), 7:30 p.m., USA Network. This might be the perfect time to show this movie, which debates civil liberties amid the threat of terrorism. Cast includes Denzel Washington, Bruce Willis and Annette Bening.
