• John Simonds is retiring Friday and Anne Harpham will resume his duties. The Advertiser number to call for corrections will continue to be 525-8033.

• Jamie Kawamura is the 16-year-old junior shortstop quoted in a Local News story about the McKinley High softball team yesterday. Because of an editing error, her name was omitted.

• Ticket prices at the Hawaii Theatre for "The Vagina Monologues" are $20-$45. Incorrect information was included in an Island Life story posted Sunday because of a reporter's error. Playdates for the show have been extended at the Maui Arts & Cultural Center's Castle Theatre, with 7:30 p.m. performances added Feb. 5 and 6. An infobox in Friday's TGIF section contained information updated after TGIF was posted.
