Worship films, devour reviews at DVD Shrine

Want to know whether extras on the "Buffy The Vampire Slayer" first-season DVD boxed set are worth the blood-sucking your wallet will take? Check out DVD Shrine, a free Web site created by a clutch of shiny-disc worshippers.
In addition to up-to-date information on upcoming titles and extra features, the site features objective and intelligently written reviews on hundreds of titles.
If you're a stickler for audio and video quality, you'll appreciate DVD Shrine writers' slavishly detailed reviews of both.
A fan of extras? The Shrine's reviewers are brutally and humorously up front about, for example, whether you really need to waste two hours listening to actor Eddie Kaye Thomas' solo audio commentary on the "American Pie 2" disc ("Stifler getting his own commentary is one thing but Finch?!? I mean, c'mon!").
"The DVD God" answers even the stupidest questions. I've lost count of how many times he's politely answered queries about when the Indiana Jones and "Star Wars" trilogies are coming out. Not anytime soon, by the way.
A pleasurably insane time-drainer and a must for all DVD fans, check DVD Shrine out at dvdshrine.com.
