Ko Olina project wins first place

Brookfield Homes' Coconut Plantation townhouse project at Ko Olina was judged the best multi-family development at this year's Pacific Coast Builder's Conference in San Francisco. The project contended with 10 other communities chosen from 14 western countries and U.S. states touching the Pacific Ocean.
