Talk to address Kona flooding

KEALEKEHE, Hawai'i — A free program on ways to prevent and cope with flooding in North Kona will be held July 16 at the Kealakehe High School library from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

The University of Hawai'i's Sea Grant program is sponsoring the presentation by Steve Skipper, Kona's district conservationist with the U.S. Natural Resources and Conservation Service.
