Tonight's Must-See

"Friends," 7 p.m., NBC. This is at least the third time the network has shown this episode in less than nine months. We won't complain, though, because it's hilarious. It lets us see Lisa Kudrow as both Phoebe and her evil twin, Ursula. Ursula brings her mild-mannered boyfriend (Sean Penn) to a Halloween party. Phoebe is drawn to him and learns that her sister has been lying to him.
