Jacqueline Hayashi
	Aug 22, 1998; Oct. 9, 1999.
Hawai'i Kai Golf Course (No. 1, 92 yards, 6-iron); Bay View Golf Course (No. 10, 80 yards, 7-iron).
I had received the bad news: breast cancer. I thought to myself, "Well, that's that, I will never play golf again."
But after recovering from surgery, and with a lot of encouragement from my husband, I thought, well, maybe I'll just try.
On the very first round after recovery on the first hole no less I had a hole-in-one.
Another surgery, more recovery, much support and encouragement from my husband.
OK, I thought, I'll try golf again.
First round of golf after recovery: hole-in-one again.
Maybe God was saying that there was hope left for me. That miracles do happen.
Since both of the aces came in my first round back after recovery, some people have told me that was a signal to tell me that life goes on.
Additionally, both aces came after I changed my grip. Those are the the only times I have changed my grip.
