STEPHEN JACOB BETSILL, 47, of Wailuku, Maui, died July 15, 2002. Born in Texas. Owner and vice president of sales and marketing for Betsill Construction Company. Survived by wife Trudee; sons, Jeremy and Alexander; daughters, Abigail and Jillian; mother, Geneva; brothers, Doyle, Dwayne and Randy. ESTHER A. MACMILLAN, 84, of Honolulu, died July 16, 2002. Born in Huron, S.D. Retired archivist at the University of Wyoming Library. FUJINO TAKEUCHI, 89, of Kea'au, Hawai'i, died July 14, 2002. Born in Kuka'iau, Hawai'i. Former Kamehameha Garment Factory seamstress. Survived by son, Donald; daughter, Lois Okino; 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brother, Hiroshi Matsuura; sister, Margaret Nagakura.
