Pioneer Plaza signs nonprofit

MW Group Ltd., owner and manager of Pioneer Plaza, said yesterday that Pacific Resources for Education and Learning has signed a 30,000-square-foot lease.

The lease commits the nonprofit organization of more than 120 employees to five years at the downtown office building. Pacific Resources for Education and Learning will be Pioneer Plaza's largest tenant, said John W. Kofel, PREL's President and CEO.
