Hawai'i yokozuna (grand champion) Musashimaru (Wai'anae's Fiamalu Penitani) dropped his third match in a row last night at the Nagoya Grand Sumo Tournament, and fell out of title contention.

Musashimaru (10-4) lost to sekiwake (junior champion) Asashoryu (12-2). Ozeki (champion) Chiyotaikai leads the 15-day tournament at 13-1. Chiyotaikai will win the title today with a win over Musashimaru, or a loss by Asashoryu.
