Tonight's Must-See

"Great Projects: The Building of America," 10 p.m., PBS. The series closes with a current proposal: Engineer Fred Salvucci has a complex plan to build a Boston underground road, without closing the Central Artery above it. Dubbed "The Big Dig," the plan faces estimated price tags of up to $20 billion.

"Breaking News," 2 p.m., Bravo. This intriguing reject is slowly establishing itself as a summer surprise.

Of Note

"Meet My Folks," 7 p.m., NBC. Three guys compete to date a beautiful young woman, but first they must impress her parents, the DeCastros.

"30 Seconds to Fame" (7 p.m.) and "Meet the Marks" (7:30 p.m.), Fox. Second episodes of these two summertime oddities.
