ACS completes new lease deal

ACS State Healthcare LLC will expand its space in the Pacific Guardian Tower building to occupy the 14th floor after finalizing a lease agreement with A&B Properties Inc.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The agreement for more than 14,000 square feet of space nearly triples ACS' room in the building. Since mid-June, ACS has occupied approximately 5,300 square feet of space on the 10th floor.
