• Republican gubernatorial candidate Linda Lingle will outline ways her administration would work to improve tourism and economic growth between Greater China and Hawai'i in a luncheon speech today to the HAWAI'I CHINESE TOURISM ASSOCIATION, 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Hawai'i Prince Hotel Waikiki, Mauna Kea Ballroom. • Developer Jeffrey R.
